Government and Regime
Greece is a unitary parliamentary republic. The head of state is the President of the Republic, who is elected by the Parliament for a five-year term. According to the Constitution, executive power is exercised by the President of the Republic and the Government.
Landscaping
Greece consists of a mountainous, peninsular mainland jutting out into the Mediterranean Sea at the southernmost tip of the Balkans. Greece also has 3000 islands, of various sizes, however 80% of Greece is mountainous. Mount Olympus is the highest point in Greece and the fourth highest in Europe. The Rhodope Mountains form the border between Greece and Bulgaria; that area is covered with vast and thick forests. Greece coastline is the largest in the Mediterranean Basin.

The granting of residence permits is at the sole discretion of the Greek Government. The application is only denied if the due diligence reveals that the applicant has made false statements in the application forms or other submitted documents; has engaged in criminal activities or is under investigation in relation to criminal activities; or has (or is alleged to have been) engaged in or associated with any activity that would bring disrepute to Greece.

Procedure
The citizenship by investment requires the applicants to acquire documents as follows:

    The applicants must travel to Greece to get passport stamped before submitting the Residency application.
  • Procedure 6
    Open Borders shall prepare property purchase documents to complete on purchase. Property purchase funds and taxes transferred.

It takes 2 months for the official Residency Permit to be approved. The Residency cards and National ID’S are issued to you via courier once the balance of professional fees has been paid and settled.
